International Paper, a world leader of Industrial Packaging, is currently seeking qualified applicants for Plant production – General Labor workers at its Kansas City, MO Plant.  

We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment.  Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.  

Specific responsibilities include running machines, reading factory orders, accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment, utilizing basic shop math, inspecting, counting and stacking product, accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions.                                                                     

Candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.

$500 after 30 days of employment

$500 after 6 months of continuous employment

$500 after 1 year of continuous employment

$0.20 for each hour worked the previous 12 months at 2 years of continuous employment
